George has over 20 years of experience helping companies identify and implement change initiatives to help increase shareholder value. These initiatives have included: helping a major nickel mining company design the business processes and technology requirements for a new mining operation; leading the creation of a B2B eMarketplace for a mining and metals consortium representing 80% of the industry market cap; creation and implementation of a shared services organization for a major global mining company; and implementation of ERP technology in several companies. During the last 24 years, George has traveled extensively in North America and worked closely with executives from several major companies, including: Alcan, Rio Tinto, Inco, Corning, Bombardier, Culinar, Air Canada, Lafarge, and Laurentien Bank. George is currently Vice-President and Chief Information Officer for McKesson Canada, a $7 billion health care supply chain provider. He is a graduate of McGill University with a Bachelors degree in Commerce.

Catherine Bertheau graduated from College in Health Sciences in 2003 and continued her studies at McGill where she earned her B.Com with a Major in Marketing (Class of 2007). Catherine has been involved in case competitions throughout her undergraduate degree at the Desautels Faculty of Management. She represented McGill at the Citigroup Case Competition hosted by the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2006 where her team placed second. In the same year, Catherine was selected as a Summer Intern for the Chubb Personal Insurance Department. In May 2007, she was recruited for Chubb's training program and joined the commercial department as an underwriter. She now manages an impressive portfolio, comprised of industrial, commercial and technology risks.

Aurelie Daoust-Lalande, a Chartered Accountant, is responsible for inventory management and business development for the Bridal Department at Birks and Mayors Inc., a leading operator of luxury jewellery stores in the United States and Canada. At Birks and Mayors Inc., the bridal business represents 18% of the retail sales of the 69 stores, or almost $60M in sales last year. Aurelie brings with her years of experience in risk management and business process audits. She earned a business degree from McGill University and is now pursuing an MBA “in action” at HEC Montreal, specializing in marketing. Prior to joining Birks and Mayors in 2007, Aurelie was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte & Touche in the Enterprise Risk Services practice. Aurelie is also a member of the Québec Order of Chartered Accountants.

Tony joined National Bank Financial's Investment Banking group in 2000 and is now a Director in the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions group. He brings over 14 years of experience in providing financial advisory services relating to mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings and structured financing for both private and public companies. Tony is also regularly invited to share his knowledge of the public capital markets at conferences sponsored by the Canadian Institute and Insight Information Co. He is a member of the Québec Order of Chartered Accountants and a Board member of the Cercle de placement et finance du Québec. Tony is a former lecturer for McGill University's Faculty of Management and also earned an MBA at McGill University in strategic management and finance. Prior to joining National Bank Financial, Tony was a Senior Associate for Ernst & Young Corporate Finance.

Gildan is a vertically integrated manufacturer and marketer of premium quality branded basic apparel and is the leading supplier for the wholesale imprinted sportswear market in the U.S. and Canada and also a leading supplier for this market in Europe. Prior to working at Gildan, he was a senior manager in audit at Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Nick has more than ten years of experience in audit and related work with clients in the technology, media and telecommunications industry, including two years at Deloitte & Touche LLP in Los Angeles, California, where he focused on media & entertainment clients. Nick specialized in companies with public accountability and with companies in the technology, media and telecomm sector. His experience included numerous clients with public reporting activities including Initial Public Offerings, debt offerings and income trusts. His representative clients included Yellow Pages Income Fund, Jean Coutu Group, and the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

Anik Julien received her Bachelor of Commerce at McGill University in Strategic Management and International Business in 2003. After graduation, she joined Chubb Insurance as a trainee in Commercial and Technology Insurance. She was promoted Underwriter Senior in August 2007 and became a Supervisor in January 2008. She is now actively involved in the coaching, mentoring and technical development of new and developing staff.

Joanne Lalonde-Hayes is the Founder & President of More Time Moms Publishing Inc., an innovative company that develops and markets time-management tools to increase the quality of family life and helps parents spend more time with their children. Joanne, a mother of three, has been active in time management for 18 years and holds an MBA from McGill University. Working as a Strategic planner for large corporations, it wasn't until she married and had three children that her organizational skills met the ultimate challenge. Joanne left the workforce to care for her growing family and gathered family, friends and other moms to found MTM. More Time Moms donates 5% of all profits to children's charities and contracts as much work as possible to handicap groups.

Eric Orr is a graduate in Finance and Entrepreneurship from McGill University. He current works at Freedom 55 Financial as a Financial Planner and a New Advisor Training Manager. He helps people who are making career changes transition into an entrepreneurial role and start successful businesses as financial security advisors.
Mr. Orr is a member of the Board of Advisors for AIESEC McGill, a non profit, non political, international student association. While a student at McGill, Mr. Orr was an executive for the same association, and joined the BOA a few years ago. Mr. Orr also works closely with students to help them get a head start financially by offering free financial planning seminars at McGill that focuses on issues pertaining to students, getting started, and sharing ideas that you will not find in any textbook.

After completing his Bachelor of Commerce at McGill University, Jonathan joined HSBC Bank Canada's Leadership Program. He manages the debt financing, trade services, foreign exchange facilities, and investments for corporations with sales ranging from $5,000,000 to $150,000,000. As a management student, Jonathan participated in several case competitions including the Marketing Happening (Strategy case), the Jeux du Commerce (Entrepreneurship case) and the MMICC. During his undergraduate degree, Jonathan also started-up a small company still running today.

Rob Boyle is an Assistant Vice President at Chubb Insurance Company of Canada and is currently managing the Commcercial Insurance Department in Montreal. Rob joined Chubb in Toronto in 1996 as a Property and Marine Underwriter. Since then, he has held various management positions in Commercial Lines, Technology Specialty, Excess & Umbrella, Film & Entertainment, and Property & Marine in Toronto, Calgary and Montreal. He assumed his current management portfolio in March 2004. Rob is fluently bilingual (French and English) and has a HBComm 1996 from Queen's University. He holds a number of professional designations including Chartered Insurance Professionals (CIP), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), and Fellow Chartered Insurance Professionals (FCIP).
