Those blasted pigeons that plague Montreal, and revolving doors. What makes McGill special for you? Serving as an international hub, McGill is an intricate tapestry attracting people from all walks of life with unique stories to tell. It’s a humbling experience where everyone learns from one another’s life experiences. McGillians are also outrageously beautiful; this campus never delivers an eye sore. What do you have to accomplish to consider yourself successful? A work-life-love balance. If I can have ample time with my family and have a job that I find intrinsically valuable that has social impact, that would be the essence of happiness and my ultimate success in life. |

The ability to take courses like Chinese Action Film (I wasn’t able to, it was full by the time I tried to register) What do you have to accomplish to consider yourself successful? I wanna be the very best, Like no one ever was. To catch them is my real test, To train them is my cause. Every challenge along the way, With courage I will face. I will battle every day, To claim my rightful place. |

I will be successful if I can sleep every night knowing I never did anything unethical for a quick buck. |

But more seriously, my deepest fear is waking up one day and having had my whole life past me by in a flash. What makes McGill special for you? The opportunity to be challenged by smart and driven students and to have the chance to live in the diverse and exciting city that is Montreal. And because people here are so good looking. What do you have to accomplish to consider yourself successful? I wake up smiling |

When I first came to McGill I didn’t know anyone. But the thing that really hit me was that people here are friendly, open and most of all fun. What do you have to accomplish to consider yourself successful? I think success is a progressive thing. You set goals for yourself and when you accomplish them you start all over again, establish different goals and go about trying to accomplish those. Success is a continuous and never ending process. The fleetingness of success is what makes those moments so special. So for me to feel successful, I would have to experience as many of those moments as possible. |
