A Breakdown of Our LOCAL Chapter

MMICC LOCAL is a Montreal-based case challenge, designed to showcase students’ knowledge of business strategy, economics,  international business, and more.

 

MMICC LOCAL is our organization’s passion project, and was created to connect business leaders to top students accross Montreal, while positively impacting the community. Introduced in 2016, MMICC
LOCAL invites students from McGill, Concordia, HEC Montreal, and UQAM to compete by providing strategic recommendations to a Montreal-based company.

Two qualifying rounds: a slide deck and summary submission, and semi finals
The top three teams are chosen to present a 15 minute presentation with a 10 minute Q&A in front of MMICC participants and judging panel

MMICC is one of the three most prestigious undergraduate case competitions in the world, hosting 12 top-tier international teams for a week of social collaboration and academic competition.

 

Branded as the “World’s Friendliest Case Competition”, MMICC emphasizes the importance of globalization, innovation, and multidisciplinary thinking through a variety of social and academic events, cultimating in a 32 hour case crack.
